BeeLux Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove the data BeeLux holds about a connected social account, or about you, at any time.

A connected TikTok or Instagram account. In BeeLux open Profile, find the connected account and tap Disconnect. We delete our access straight away and stop reading that account. If you remove BeeLux from inside Instagram (Settings, Apps and websites) or TikTok instead, the platform tells us and we do the same, and we also delete the follower snapshots and recent posts we held for that account.

Your whole account. Email legal@beelux.app from the address on your BeeLux account, or use Delete my account under Account in the app. We delete your personal data within 30 days, keeping only what UK law requires us to retain, such as records of gifts already sent.

Checking a deletion request. If your request came through Instagram, you received a confirmation code. Quote it at legal@beelux.app and we will confirm what was deleted and when.
